Only 'Dato' Ustaz Kazim Elias' account on Facebook is mine - Ustaz Kazim

Preacher Datuk Mohd Kazim Elias today advised the public to not be deceived by postings on the social media which used his name.

He said there were nearly 100 social media accounts using his name, like on Facebook, such as "Koleksi Kata-Kata Ustaz Kazim", with 900,000 followers, "Ustaz Kazim Fan Club" (115,000 followers) and "Kalau Dah Jodoh Ustaz Kazim" (274,000 followers.

"I only have one Facebook account and that is 'Dato' Ustaz Kazim Elias' which now has 1.2 million followers.

"Others which use my name are not my social media accounts," he told a media conference here Friday.

Kazim said he had lodged a police report on the matter, and also with the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC).

He said there were also quarters using photographs and address of his education centre, Pusat Pendidikan Al Barakah, to collect donations.
