The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) will decide by this week the ministries and departments to be hauled up following the release of the Auditor-General’s Report 2016 Series 1.
Its chairman Datuk Hasan Ariffin said the department would review the Auditor-General's Report 2016 before making the decision.
"We would like to see it (Auditor-General’s Report) first before the decision is made.
“Decisions will be made later this week," Hasan said in a press conference with Auditor-General Tan Sri Madinah Mohamad at the PAC Office in Parliament.
The report shows 25 ministries obtaining excellent ratings for 2016's audit compared to 16 ministries in 2015.
