Parents identify body as William
The body of a child found in Klang last night has been confirmed to be that of William Yau Zhen Zhong, the six-year-old boy who went missing Jan 16, according to the parents.
The identification was based on the clothes found on the body, the shorts and the underwear, which they said were the same William wore when he went missing.
However, Subang Jaya district police chief ACP Yahaya Ramli said that police are still awaiting for the DNA tests to further verify that it is indeed him.
At the moment, he said, police can only be about 75% sure based on a scar on William’s left forehead.
