PDRM detains 508 individuals, here are five focus from Ismail Sabri's press conference today

KUALA LUMPUR:The Compliance Operations Task Force led by the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) has conducted 52,327 inspections to monitor and enforce compliance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO).
A total of 3,028 Compliance Teams involving 23,274 members have monitored 3,618 supermarkets, 4,672 restaurants, 1,217 factories, 1,511 public markets and farmers' markets, 2,946 places of worship and 1,320 places of leisure have been inspected.
Regarding the implementation of the Movement Control Order (MCO) on the 225th day and the 141st day of the RMCO, here are the five important things stated by the Senior Minister of Defence, Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob in a press conference, today.
1. The Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) has arrested 508 individuals for disobeying RMCO instructions. A total of 501 individuals were compounded, six remanded and one was bailed.
2. Among the violations of RMCO included not wearing face mask (160), failing to provide personal details (113), failing to practice physical distancing (97) and premises operating overtime (33).
3. Ops Benteng has successfully made arrests involving 18 illegal immigrants and confiscated three land vehicles.
4. A total of 9,002 individuals were undergoing the Compulsory Quarantine process while 381 individuals have been sent to the hospital for treatment. A total of 46,450 individuals were discharged and allowed to return home.
5. A total of 38 sanitation operations covering 10 Red zones, 11 Yellow zones and eight Green zones involving 13 states were conducted.
