Raja Muda of Perlis Tuanku Syed Faizuddin Putra Jamalullail has called on all army personnel to increase their commitment to build armed forces that are truly inclusive, relevant and trusted by the country and the people.
He said such an aspiration may be realised if army personnel were always honest and sincere in discharging their responsibilities, besides having high level of passion, determination and faith.
"With the increased commitment, the country's safety and people's wellbeing can be maintained in upholding the aspirations of the people and the country's sovereignty."
Tuanku Syed Faizuddin, who is also Territorial Army 504th Regiment Commander, said this at the breaking of fast event at Seri Wangsa Camp in Semporna, Sabah, yesterday.
