The awaited permission for pond fishing and boat service for anglers at sea are on the cards on Monday.
Senior Minister (Security Cluster) Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said the government is also expected to make announcements on other sectors to be opened in stages next week.
"On Monday, we will announce the sectors that are allowed to resume business. There are sectors that will be opened in stages including pond fishing activity.
"We will also discuss the application from operators of tourist boats for fishing at sea. This will be discussed further on the related SOP so that eventually all economic sectors will be opened with the designated SOP.
"Although not all may open, we will discuss it," he said at a press conference here on Saturday.
Meanwhile, on tuition centre operations, he said it will be determined by the Ministry of Education (MOE).
Ismail Sabri said several SOPs were also presented by the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Ministry of National Unity.
"SOP for the commuting Malaysian workers in Singapore and the SOP for quarantine centres have also been presented. All of these, I will detail out in the press conference tomorrow and on Monday," he said.
