Perodua announces flood aid for Sarawak

As the flood worsens in West Malaysia, Perodua are quick to leap to action to help car owners. By Jerrica Leong

Perodua announced today that they will be offering assistance to all Perodua vehicle owners who were impacted by the flood in several areas in Sarawak. The flood had spread to four different towns and the number of flood victims had risen to 3635 within one morning.

Perodua will be providing assistance in a form of discounts on selected parts and free inspections to determine the amount of damage done to the vehicle. The company will also reimburse towing service fees up to a maximum of RM100 to the nearest Perodua service outlet.

In addition to that, the company will also be offering a 20 per cent discount off selected genuine parts to Perodua owners whose vehicles were damaged by the floods. Parts include all electronic items, carpet, vehicle seats, door trims and engine overhaul gasket.
