A bag which was left outside of a hotel ballroom raised the alarm bells when it was feared to be a bag that may contain a bomb.
Dang Wangi district police chief ACP Zainol Samah said that a disposable bomb unit from the Dang Wangi Headquarters was sent to the scene and they found the bag containing only a camera.
He said the bag was claimed by a part time photographer who was on duty, covering an event attended by Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, inside the ballroom.
