PLUS postpones enforcement of minimum RM50 top-up of electronic cards at Penang bridge
PLUS said motorists could continue to top-up their cards as usual at all top-up lanes at the bridge.
PLUS Malaysia Berhad (PLUS) has postponed indefinitely today's enforcement of a minimum RM50 top-up of electronic cards at the top-up lanes of the Penang Bridge.
PLUS said in a statement that motorists could continue to top-up their cards as usual at all top-up lanes at the bridge.
It also said that consumers could also top-up their electronic cards at more than 580 other top-up points in Penang, including ATM machines, petrol kiosks, 24-hour convenience stores and selected supermarkets.
Fully electronic collection of toll was implemented on Sept 9 at five toll plazas in the north, namely at Penang Bridge, Bukit Kayu Hitam, Jitra, Kubang Semang and Lunas.
