PM advises caution on road as people return after Aidilfitri
Traffic was reported to be moving slowly on several stretches of the major highways this evening as people started returning after the Aidilfitri holidays. - Filepic
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak today advised Malaysians returning or about to return from their Aidilfitri holidays to be alert and cautious when on the road.
"Many will begin the journey back over the next few days. Make sure that you are alert and cautious and adhere to all traffic rules.
"Insya-Allah (God willing) you will arrive at your destination safely," he said in the latest post on his Facebook and Twitter accounts.
Traffic was reported to be moving slowly on several stretches of the major highways this evening as people started returning after the Aidilfitri holidays.
