Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak Wednesday extended his Chinese New Year gretings to the Chinese community in the country.
Conveying his wishes in a video on Twitter and Facebook, he hoped that this year would be a more auspicious year for the country.
"With the respect we have for one another, we can surely shape Malaysia into a country that is more successful and progressive yet harmonious...Gong Xi Fa Cai!"
Chinese New Year 2017 falls on Jan 28 (Saturday) and Jan 29 (Sunday).
