The police and the Election Commission (EC) should take legal action against Opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim for organising a series of rally to protest against the 13th general election (GE13) results.
Malay right-wing group Perkasa vice-president Datuk Zulkifli Noordin said this was because Anwar had humiliated and betrayed the people who had chosen the Barisan Nasional (BN) to stay in power.
Speaking to reporters after attending a discourse on leadership and the ummah survival organised by GPMS and UiTM Alumni Association here today, Zulkifli urged the Royal Commission of Inquiry into the Lahad Datu armed intrusion to speed up the process to bring those responsible to justice.
Pakatan Rakyat held rallies in protest against the 13GE results at the Kelana Jaya Stadium, Petaling Jaya on Wednesday and the Batu Kawan Stadium, Penang yesterday while another one was expected to be held in Ipoh tonight.
