On Wednesday, Jamal warned that another rally will be held at Petaling Street this Saturday if the authorities failed to meet their demands.
Deputy Inspector General of Police Datuk Seri Noor Rashid Ibrahim said police will question Red Shirt rally organiser Datuk Jamal Md Yunos for threatening another rally or a riot at Petaling Street.
Noor Rashid said investigation papers have been opened and added that Jamal will be called in for questioning soon, The Malay Mail Online reported.
He said Jamal can be detained under Section 143 of the Penal Code and Section 105 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
