"The case is being investigated by the Classified Crime Investigation Unit (USJT), Division D5, Bukit Aman Criminal Investigation Department under Section 4(1) of the Sedition Act 1948 and Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998," he said in a statement last night.
In another development, Mohd Shuhaily in a separate statement also confirmed that he had conducted an investigation against the Facebook account owner Iman Mustaqim who had uploaded insulting messages against the Sultan of Selangor.
He said the Facebook message had a tendency to insult or incite feelings of disloyalty towards the Sultan of Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah.
