Police rubbish claim over murder of 3 Filipino children

The police have rubbished a claim that three Filipino children from Sepanggar were kidnapped and murdered, as posted on the Facebook account of one Radzlan Razz on Nov 3.

Kota Kinabalu City police chief ACP M Chandra said the claim that two of the bodies were found in Kampung Delima while the third was located in Sembulan was untrue.

In a statement today, he said action would be taken against any individual or party responsible for spreading the false statement.

Chandra said the police were investigating the case under Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act and urged the owner of the 'Radzlan Razz' Facebook account to contact the police.
