Police set up task force to sniff out sales of drug flavoured refill packs for e-cigarette
Action would be taken against anyone attempting to promote, offer or sell such illegal substances.
Police have established a special task force to investigate and counter issues involving the alleged existence of drug flavoured refill packs sold for electronic cigarette (E-Cigarette) users.
Bukit Aman Narcotics Criminal Investigation Department director Datuk Seri Mohd Mokhtar Mohd Shariff warned that action would be taken against anyone attempting to promote, offer or sell such illegal substances.
"Such attempts are illegal and against the law and offenders will be liable to legal action under the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952," he said in statement here on Wednesday.
Mohd Mokhtar also called members of the public to cooperate with the police by reporting such illegal activities to the nearest police station.
