PR1MA open day in Kuching provides best access to own PR1MA home

The two-day 1Malaysia People's Housing Project (PR1MA) open house at the PR1MA sales office site in Metrocity here offers detailed information to those eligible and interested to purchase PR1MA houses, especially around the city here.

Explanation is given on a one-to-one basis, starting from the feasibility review to the legal preparation to sign the sales and purchase agreement and loan deal if all the proceedings run smoothly.

According to an PR1MA official met after delivering a briefing to visitors, the open day, which began today gathered all stakeholders, including the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) and the banks concerned to facilitate the public keen to own a PR1MA home via the PR1MA Flexible Financing Scheme (SPEF).

Meanwhile, he said in Sarawak, PR1MA plans to develop about 15 projects involving over 17,000 units of houses at an affordable price, with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of over RM5.5 billion. Out of the total, 1,581 units are already in the market.

Currently the PR1MA housing projects being offered is around Matang area which offers about 900 units of houses and in Bintawa, another 1,320 units, while a proposed project in Semenggoh, about 20 km from here is being studied.
