Prime Minister's office denies Najib issued statement on hudud

The Prime Minister's Office today denied that Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak had issued any statement on the proposed implementation of the hudud law.
The denial was carried in a post on the 'Msia PM Press Office' @PMOMalaysia Twitter account.
"The Prime Minister's Office denies that PM @NajibRazak had issued any statement today on the implementation of hudud," the post said.
The PMO said that a statement on the matter allegedly by Najib circulated through the WhatsApp application and on the social media was false.
