Prison warden charged with molesting daughter
The 34-year-old was alleged to have inserted a finger into her private part at the family home in Selangor about 9am on Oct 26.
A prison warden pleaded not guilty at the Sessions Court here Thursday, to molesting his 12-year-old daughter last month.
The 34-year-old was alleged to have inserted a finger into her private part at the family home in Selangor about 9am on Oct 26.
Counsel Suzana Norlihan did not apply for bail as her client did not want his daughter to be sent elsewhere if he was given bail for fear her studies might be affected.
As such, Suzana told the court the accused was willing to be remanded at the Sungai Buloh Prison.
The judge, Slamat Yahya decided not to allow bail for the accused and fixed Dec 9 for re-mention of the case.
