All private schools including international schools are reminded to comply with national laws and must not open schooling sessions without the permission of the Ministry of Education (MOE).
Senior Minister (Security Cluster) Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said that any educational institution that violates the directive will be ordered to close.
"Education of this school is included in the list of prohibitions to all whether national, government, secondary, government and private schools including international schools.
"If they (international schools) are opened in Malaysia, they will have to abide by the laws of the country,” he told a media conference here on Sunday.
Regarding entertainment operations such as nightclubs and bars, all of these premises are included in the prohibition list and cannot operate under the Occupational Movement Control Order (CMCO).
"So, if anyone is open, we will inform the Local Authority (PBT) and ask them to take action to close the entertainment centre.
"There is no compromise for the entertainment centres as they are included in the banned list of the CMCO (to operate)," he said.
