Project I See
There many migrant workers who live and work in Malaysia. They can be found in many sectors from plantation, contruction to even IT-based companies.
How much do we understand about them?
These migrant communities are often viewed negatively and sometimes discriminated.
Project I See aimes to help Malaysians understand migrant workers better, that they too are to make a living and to help their families back home.
They have also gathered artists (singers, dancers, painters) to spend time with migrant communities in the 'kongsi' and also a school for refugee kids.
The artists will be sharing their experiences with the migrant communities through songs, dances, poetry, illustrations and films in an Art Exhibition taking place on the 28 December 2013, at Black Box, Publika.
