PRS is confident of winning all 11 seats it is contesting in the Sarawak election with a "very comfortable majority", said its President Tan Sri Dr James Jemut Masing.
"I said to Chief Minister Tan Sri Adenan Satem when he endorsed my candidates 'I will give back the 11 seats to you'.
"I made a similar promise to the Prime Minister (Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak) during the 2013 general election, when he allocated six seats to us. We delivered the six seats to him," he told Bernama here today.
Masing said he was quite comfortable contesting in the state election, where Adenan had been a "feel good" factor for BN.
"This will be a big win for BN, and it's mainly because of Adenan," said Masing, who defends the Baleh constituency that he has held since 1983.
He said all PRS candidates, including four news faces, were doing well in their campaign.
PRS is contesting in Balai Ringin, Bukit Begunan, Batang Ai, Ngemah, Tamin, Kakus, Pelagus, Baleh, Belaga and the new seats Murum and Samalaju.
Masing also said the PRS door is open to BN direct candidates to join the party if they win in the election this Saturday.
"Our door is open to them. They can pick any BN component party, but as I far as I am concerned, we have our door open to them," he said.
There are 13 direct BN candidates in the election.
