Kedah Menteri Besar today declared in Kedah tomorrow following the demise of Kedah Sultan, Sultan Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah at Istana Anak Bukit in Alor Setar, Kedah at 2.30pm today.
The announcement was made by Datuk Seri Ahmad Bashah Md.Hanipah at a media conference held at Wisma Darul Aman in Alor Setar at 6.30pm.
Ahmad Bashah said the Ujian Penilaian Sekolah Rendah (UPSR) examinations will go on as scheduled.
