Alagendrran also said that Rayani Air will be back with improved and quality services.
“At Rayani Air, we wish to express our gratitude to the rakyat for flying with us. Thank you too to all Rayani Air employees who had been with us through ups and downs. Rayani Air will be back. Wait!!!
Transport Minister, Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai today said that the Department of Civil Aviation will send a temporary suspension letter to the airline tomorrow.
Rayani Air, on Friday confirmed that it has ceased operations effective Friday for restructuring plans of its services.
Following the minister’s statement today, the media social was flooded with mixed reactions and criticisms.
Social media users largely said that what happened was a lesson learnt and that the halal slogan meant nothing for businesses of any sort, if services offered were mediocre.
Ada pengajaran di sebalik hikayat Rayani Air ini. 'Patuh Syariah', slogan digunakan utk menjual sesuatu, tiada makna kalau servis tak baik.

Rayani Air is a good example that pleasing God is never enough for any business. You got to please the employees, customers, the people.
