Ring stuck on penis, man endures 12 hours of pain

The man, in his 20s, was later rushed to the Penang Hospital for treatment.

Fire and Rescue Department personnel were called to remove the ring at the hospital at about 10.50am today after the hospital failed to remove the ring.

Operations commander from the Perak Road fire station Mohd Asrul Naim Abidin said firemen managed to remove the ring in 10 minutes.

He had reportedly used the ring to 'stay longer' while having intercourse.

However, the ring got stuck and all efforts to remove the ring were futile, forcing him to seek professional help.
