The RM2.6 billion contribution received by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak from a Middle Eastern donor is to help UMNO fight DAP, reported The Malaysian Insider.
Sri Gading UMNO chief, Datuk Abdul Aziz Kaprawi claimed DAP was funded by the Jews during the 13th General Election in 2013.
Abdul Aziz said the donor feared that the Jewish influence would permeate the country through DAP and destroy the Islamic government led by Barisan Nasional (BN).
“If we loose, DAP will be in power. DAP with its Jewish funds will control the country.
“Based on this fact, our friends in the Middle East saw the Jewish threat through DAP,” said Abdul Aziz as quoted by Malaysian Insider.
Abdul Aziz also praised Najib for being a good Muslim leader who fights for the religion.
Earlier UMNO Supreme Council member, Datuk Seri Mohamed Nazri Aziz stressed that the RM2.6 billion fund deposited into Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s personal account comes from a “brotherly” nation in the Middle East which wanted the party to win the previous General Election.
He said it was given to Malaysia by a brotherly nation which is not strong compared to Malaysia.
