RM63 million mixed development project set to be Kuala Nerus new landmark

A RM63 million mixed development project in Gong Badak which will commence in November and expected to be completed within the next two years, is set to be the new landmark for Kuala Nerus district.
Terengganu Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Ahmad Razif Abd Rahman said the commercial development project located on a 2.7 acre site was a collaboration between Kuala Nerus UMNO division and TN Synergy Sdn Bhd.
"We want to develop this UMNO property in Kampung Tok Mir, Gong Badak into a commercial mixed development area with apartment blocks, office buildings, shoplots and other public facilities.
"A six-storey building worth RM14 million and a RM1.5 million shop lot unit will be constructed for this UMNO division," he told reporters after witnessing the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) signing between Kuala Nerus UMNO division and TN Synergy Sdn Bhd here, Sunday.
