RMAF aircraft emergency landing: Probe incident immediately - Najib

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak has called on the authorities to probe immediately the Royal Malaysian Air Force aircraft emergency landing incident today.
The CN235 aircraft made an emergency landing in Pantai Asam Jawa, in Kuala Selangor today at 8.50am.
In a Facebook post, Najib thanked the local fishermen who had helped the RMAF crew. All the eight crew members were reportedly safe.
The aircraft, based in Subang was carrying eight crew members when the incident took place. RMAF in a statement said it will set up a committee to investigate the incident.
RMAF in a statement said it will form a team to investigate the cause of the incident and added that efforts would also be made to recover the aircraft.
