Seorang pemandu lori didakwa di Mahkamah Sesyen Pasir Mas, hari ini terhadap 23 pertuduhan merogol dan melakukan amang seksual terhadap anak kandungnya dalam kejadian di Rantau Panjang, sejak Disember 2018 sehingga April tahun ini.
Tertuduh berusia 52 tahun bagaimanapun mengaku tidak bersalah selepas pertuduhan dibacakan di hadapan pendaftar mahkamah sesyen, Rozaidi Yaakob.
Pendakwaan dilakukan Timbalan Pendakwa Raya, Wan Nurul Hanini Wan Ahmad Shukry berdasarkan pertuduhan, tertuduh berdepan dengan 22 pertuduhan mengikut Seksyen 376(3) Kanun Keseksaan kerana merogol.
Tertuduh didakwa melakukan kesalahan rogol terhadap anak kandungnya yang kini berusia 16 tahun bermula 16 Disember 2018 sehingga 9 April 2020 antara jam 3 pagi hingga 12.30 tengah malam di kediaman mereka di Rantau Panjang, Pasir Mas.
Bagi kesalahan itu, tertuduh berdepan dengan hukuman penjara tidak kurang lapan tahun dan tidak lebih dari 30 tahun serta tidak kurang 10 sebatan, bagi setiap pertuduhan jika sabit kesalahan.
Tertuduh juga berdepan dengan satu pertuduhan mengikut Seksyen 14(A) Akta Kesalahan Seksual Terhadap Kanak-Kanak 2017 yang dibaca bersama Seksyen 16(1) akta yang sama, kerana melakukan amang seksual terhadap anak kandungnya yang didakwa berlaku jam 5.30 petang pada 1 April di lokasi yang sama.
Jika sabit kesalahan, tertuduh bakal berdepan hukuman penjara tidak lebih 20 tahun dan sebatan.
Terdahulu, Wan Nurul Hanini tidak menawarkan jaminan terhadap kesemua pertuduhan itu.
Mahkamah menetapkan 21 jun sebagai sebutan semula kes.
