Salehuddin Hassan appointed new Johor State Financial Officer

JOHOR BAHRU: Former Datuk Bandar of Iskandar Puteri City Council Datuk Salehuddin Hassan has been appointed as the Johor State Financial Officer.
He succeeded Datuk Abdul Rahim Nin, who retired after holding the post for more than three years.
According to a posting on the official Facebook page of the Sultan of Johor, Sultan Ibrahim Almarhum Sultan Iskandar, the oath-taking and presentation of appointment letter ceremony was conducted before His Majesty at the Audience Room of Istana Bukit Serene, Johor Bahru, this morning.
Also present were Johor Menteri Besar Datuk Hasni Mohammad, Johor Royal Council president Datuk Abdul Rahim Ramli and State Secretary Datuk Azmi Rohani.
Salehuddin, 57, who has a degree in business management and banking, began his career as an assistant land administrator in the Segamat Land Office in 1992.
Apart from the Datuk Bandar post, he had also served as Johor Deputy Secretary (Development) in the Johor State Economic Planning Unit (UPEN) and YPJ Holdings chief executive officer.
