Seven men lost in Gunung Datuk found
A file photo of Gunung Datuk in Rembau, Negeri Sembilan. A total of 12 people from two different groups were rescued on Saturday.
Seven men, who were reported to have lost their way in Gunung Datuk near here yesterday, were found today by the search and rescue team.
Negeri Sembilan Fire and Rescue Department Zone 2 operations officer Mohd Shahrom Laji said the seven men, all aged 23, were found at 5.05pm about 1.5 kilometers from the foot of the mountain.
"None of them suffered any injury and were brought down safely," he said when contacted by Bernama.
They were the second group reported to have lost their way at the mountain yesterday.
The first group, comprising five individuals, aged between 20 and 22, including a woman, was found at 1.03pm.
