To show you what it’s like driving a Lexus RC F, Lexus Australia did this
Staying connected in the car has just been given a new meaning with Lexus Australia’s latest innovative idea.
Lexus Australia’s idea of staying connected with the car just put Bluetooth connection and BMW’s ConnectedDrive to shame! Gadgets and devices are a thing of the past, the Aussies have connected the Lexus RC F to a human being to play the role of a heart rate monitor.
The basis of the Lexus Aussie’s idea was to show the world how the RC F can stimulate the senses and quicken the heartbeat so they had recreated the first vehicle that directly translates the driver’s heart patterns into a striking visual display across the bodywork.
For this project the Aussies have partnered up with M&C Saatchi to come up with the technology. As a result the partners have integrated different technologies into the car to monitor the driver’s heartbeat and use the data captured to send an electric charge through the bodywork. The RC F’s body panels are finished in an electro-luminescent paint which reacts to the charge with an intense glow that represents the driver’s heart rate.
Now does not this new project show us the emotional response a machine like the RC F can inspire in a person? It makes you want to experience what Lexus’ F marque models can stimulate in you personally no? So where's the closest Lexus showroom near you? It's time to buy that RC F!
