Deputy Chief Commissioner (Operations) of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Datuk Seri Mohd Shukri Abdull arrived here on Sunday after being in the United States (US) on business for 10 days.
His arrival at the KL International Airport (KLIA) on a flight from Dubai at 9.40pm was escorted by MACC officials as several media representatives were waiting to get his comments concerning the immediate transfer of two of his officers to the Prime Minister's Department (JPM).
He only said that he would speak to the media later as he had to settle several matters beforehand.
"It is not safe (to comment on it here). Let me settle the matter first.
"Later I will speak to you," he said as he walked out of the KLIA terminal building escorted by MACC officials and several top management of the commission.
Also present to greet him at the airport were the Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Paul Low, MACC Deputy Chief Commissioner (Prevention) Datuk Mustafar Ali and several senior officers of the MACC.
