Shyzlin's remains buried in Johor Bahru

The remains of Shyzlin Hathaman, the 'drug mule' who died in Peru on Oct 7, were buried at Kebun Teh Islamic Cemetery here, at about 9.30pm tonight.

Her remains were buried next to that of her cousin, Norabdah Mahmood, 47, who died on Sept 23.

Earlier, funeral prayers were held at Masjid Tun Hussien Onn, Larkin at 8.15pm, led by the imam, Muhammad Zubair Zulkafli.

It was attended by more than 200 people including close family members.

Syzlin,43, who died from several complications, had served a jail sentence in Peru.
