Criticisms, if sincerely made even when opinions diverge, will help to strengthen an organisation, says Communications and Multimedia Minister Datuk Seri Dr Salleh Said Keruak.
In his latest posting on his blog sskeruak.blogspot.com, the minister said everyone had their own opinion, but it all depended on how they view the subject matter.
"We must agree to disagree, but we must not agree to allow our disagreements to lead us to destruction," he said.
He also stressed that constructive criticisms made in an open and civilized manner would bring good results.
"Lest we forget that criticising and disagreeing do not make us 'wolves in sheep clothing'," he said.
Salleh said 'wolves in sheep clothing' were liars and hypocrites who had their own hidden agenda.
"People like that do exist, but they are really good at hiding their true selves. They know who they are," he added.
