Sisma Auto adds another 3S Centre to its ranks

Sisma Auto, the sole importer, distributor and exclusive accredited aftersales service provider of Jaguar Land Rover has recently cut the ribbons of the company’s latest 3S centre in Glenmarie. This centre is the second major new branch launched within a year, the first 3S Centre is located at Menara Worldwide in Jalan Bukit Bintang that opened in October 2014.

The family-owned business is also putting in RM20 million into a new Jaguar Land Rover 3S centre in Penang, catering for customers in the Northern region. July 2015 will see the opening of an interim facility. Incoming new models, such as the Land Rover Discovery Sport, the all-new Jaguar XE and F-Pace are cited as one of the reasons for Sisma Auto’s rapid expansion. They believe that these new models will grow the Jaguar Land Rover customer base in Malaysia.

Syed Khalil Syed Ibrahim, Managing Director of SISMA Auto pledged that this rapid expansion will not derail the company’s signature family-owned business approach and will continue to emphasise on personalised service. Complimentary pick-up and drop-off service from customer’s residences or offices is just one of the highlights of the premium ownership experience. SISMA Auto’s new Glenmarie 3S centre has a built-up area of 25,000 square feet, featuring 16 work bays and an interactive bay. The new 3S centre will emphasis SISMA Auto’s Total Care philosophy that offers all major vehicle repair and maintenance services; it includes mechanical and electrical systems, steel and aluminium body and paint works, air-conditioning system and auto-detailing. The company’s investment in the Corghi Blue Light Laser Wheel Alignment calibrates wheel and steering with maximum precision.
