Traffic flow was smooth on highways and major roads across the country on the third day of the implementation of the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO).
Senior Minister (Security Cluster), Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob, however said, there was an increase in vehicle movement at the PLUS and Karak Expressway.
"The people are reminded to be careful on the road and to obey the rules to avoid accidents and loss of life," he said at a press conference here on Saturday.
Meanwhile, he said a total of 11 individuals were arrested and remanded on Friday for violating the RMCO directives.
In addition, the police also issued compounds to four individuals for various offences under the RMCO.
