St Petersburg explosion: Malaysian Embassy in Moscow awaiting report - Wisma Putra

The Malaysian Embassy in Moscow, Russia is in close contact with the Malaysian community and local authorities at St Petersburg to ascertain no Malaysian is involved in yesterday's explosion which rocked the city's underground train.
"At present, local authorities are still in the midst of identifying the victims," said Wisma Putra in a statement here today.
It said the explosion took place specifically at the Sennaya Ploschad Station and Tekhnologichesky Institute Station about 2.30pm local time on Monday.
It added that early reports indicated at least 10 people lost their lives while 50 sustained injuries in the incident.
