The Yang Di-pertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan, Tuanku Muhriz Tuanku Munawir will hold an open house at Istana Besar Seri Menanti, Kuala Pilah on the first day of Hari Raya Aidilfitri.
According to the Yang di-Pertuan Besar's private secretary, Zahirin Adnan, the event will be from 10am to 2.30pm.
"The Yang di-Pertuan Besar will hold his Aidilfitri prayers at the Masjid DiRaja Tuanku Munawir, Seri Menanti and will pay a visit to the royal mausoleum for a tahlil.
"Tuanku Muhriz and his family are expected to be at Istana Besar Seri Menanti at 10am," he said here today.
He said members of the public are invited to attend and savour the various raya delicacies served.
MEANWHILE, IN KUALA TERENGGANU, the Sultan of Terengganu Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin and the Sultanah of Terengganu are expected to attend Aidilfitri prayers at the Al-Muktafi Billah Shah Mosque in Ladang, tomorrow.
The Sultan would be accompanied by Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Ahmad Said and his wife as well as other members of the royal family and dignitaries.
He would also visit the royal mausoleum in the compound of the mosque.
The Sultan will hold an open house at his official residence in Seri Iman, Batu Burok from 10.30am to 3pm tomorrow and on Aug 17 in Teluk Kalong, Kemaman.
IN KUANTAN, the Menteri Besar of Pahang Datuk Seri Adnan Yaakob will host an open house on the first day of Hari Raya at Dewan Jubli Perak, Sultan Ahmad Shah in Kuantan.
According to a State Secretary officer, various traditional delicacies will be served at the open house from 10am to 3pm.
He said the Sultan of Pahang, Sultan Ahmad Shah, Tengku Mahkota of Pahang Tengku Abdullah as well as other members of the royal family will attend the open house.
In this regard, he said members of the public are invited to the open house.
