Poziah was charged with harbouring Zulkarnain Ghaz Abd Ghani, who she knew had committed terrorist act.
She was alleged to have committed the offence at Poliklinik Azhar & Rakan-Rakan at Jalan Masjid, Taman Pekan Baru Sungai Petani between September and December 2014.
The charge, under Section 130K(a) of the Penal Code, carries an imprisonment for life and shall also be liable to fine, or with imprisonment for up to 20 years, or with fine.
The prosecution, conducted by deputy public prosecutor Nuraswan Aminudin requested the case to be transferred to the Kuala Lumpur High Court under the Security Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012.
