Strayed mountain climber found safe at Bukit Pelindung

A mountain climber realised he had made a wrong decision when he opted for the more challenging jungle route instead of the road to descend Bukit Pelindung here yesterday.
Zulfadli Mohammad, 27, lost his way down the hill and contacted the Pahang Fire and Rescue Department at 7.30pm.
Seven personnel from the Kuantan Fire and Rescue Station found him safe two hours later and guided him down, said the department's public relations officer Anuar Hassan. -- Bernama
