Strong earthquake hits Mindanao

The epicentre of the quake was at 102km south-east of Davao, in the Philippines, and 913km north-east of Semporna, Sabah.
A strong earthquake measuring 6.3 on the Richter scale hit Mindanao, in the Philippines, at 6.53 am today.
The Malaysian Meteorology Department, in a statement, said the epicentre of the quake was at 102km south-east of Davao, in the Philippines, and 913km north-east of Semporna, Sabah.
