Strong northeast winds and rough seas at the second category are expected to continue over the waters of Condore until Monday.
The Meteorological Department, in a statement, said winds with speeds of between 50 and 60 kilometres per hour and waves of up to 4.5 metres high would pose a danger to shipping and beach activities, including fishing and ferry services.
Meanwhile, strong northeast winds and rough seas in the first category are expected in the waters of Reef North, Layang-Layang and Pahlawan until Wednesday (Jan 28).
The department also issued a warning that strong winds and rough seas would be dangerous to small boats, sea recreation and sports.
