Student dies in Gua Musang after hockey goal post falls on him

The student was playing with eleven of his friends in the school field during the Physical Education class when the incident occurred.
His friend Wan Mustakim Wan Musa, 14, said the victim was trying to score a goal before falling in front of the goal post due to the slippery field.
“As he fell down, the goal post suddenly fell on him and hit his head. The teacher and I had rushed to help him but he was already seriously injured then,” he said.
Meanwhile, Gua Musang police chief Supt Rajab Ahad Ismail when contacted confirmed the incident.
He said the body was sent to Gua Musang Hospital for post-mortem.
