Syabas: Limited capacity, local service center build

Number of 25 tankers is on the move around the areas that are affected by the broken water pipe at Kampung Melayu Batu Caves on Wednesday night.

According to the Syabas Senior Manager of Corporate Communications and Public Affairs Division (CCPA), Abdul Halem Mat Som, it will be added from time to time.

“Here we want to emphasize that our capacity is limited and the affected area is wide, including Keramat, Ampang, Pandan and part of Bandar Tun Razak.

“We can’t fulfill everyone’s need together at one time. However, there are local service center build in strategic area,” he said.

Nearly 453,500 users in Wilayah Kuala Lumpur and Gombak are facing water cuts since Thursday.
