Datuk Syed Alman Zain Syed Alwi, the son-in-law of Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi was given an injection by a man while being treated at the Imperial Dental Specialist Centre here last year.
Closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage of the scenario screened in the Sessions Court here today showed Syed Alman Zain, 44, reading and signing a number of documents before a man came in and gave him an injection as he sat on the dental chair.
Earlier, the CCTV recording showed Syed Alman Zain entering the premises and registering himself before being ushered into a treatment room.
The DVD containing the recording was switched off at 18:42-minute to be continued tomorrow before judge Zaman Mohd Noor.
The prosecution's 14th witness ASP Mohd Hanizan Md Wasli, 41, who is based at Cheras Police D10 Audio Video, forensic laboratory, told the court that the CCTV recording was saved in two CDs and one DVD in video clip form.
He told the court that he received the CDs and DVD for analysis to extract images, video and audio from the recording.
"I received two CDs and a DVD; each CD contained 471 and 510 video clips which showed the movement of the victim at the dental centre," he said while testifying in the trial of Dr Ting Teck Chin, an Obstetric & Gynaecology specialist at Kuala Lumpur Hospital.

The charge under Section 304(b) of the Penal Code, carries a maximum 10 years imprisonment or a fine or both, on conviction.
Syed Alman Zain, the husband of Datuk Nurulhidayah, 38, the deputy prime minister's eldest child was reported to have lost consciousness while receiving treatment at the dental centre and referred to University of Malaya medical centre before being confirmed dead.
The prosecution was represented by deputy public prosecutor Shukor Abu Bakar while the accused, by counsel Datuk K.Kumaraendran.
