Tahfiz centre inferno: 'Reassess all tahfiz schools' - Netizen
Netizen expressed dismal and disappointment on social media over the tahfiz school inferno which killed about 22 lives.
Netizens offer their condolences on social media following an inferno at Darul Quran Ittifaqiyah Tahfiz Centre here this morning which killed about 23 lives.
Netizens expressed their dismal and disappointment over the inferno on social media.
They questioned the safety of tahfiz centres nationwide as there have been cases of centres on fire previously.
“We are sad, but incidents as such have happened before. Fire and safety regulations must be tightened. There should be no compromise. Life is precious,” tweeted a netizen, Ray.

Sedih memang sedih, tapi benda berkali dah terjadi. Building regulation must be strict. Tahfiz ke,apa ke, no compromise. Life is valuable.

Effi Saharuddin said, “Tahfiz regulations are mandatory. How often must we let children be victims of fire? Till when? Islam allows incompetence?”
Regulasi Tahfiz perlu mandatori. Berapa kerap anak harus jadi korban kepada api & pembantaian? Sampai bila? Islam membenarkan incompetence?

Dah ckp bnyk kali dah, sekolah tahfiz ni perlu dipantau. Alasan syahid itu bukan urusan kita. Pebende punya mindset.

Netizens added, authorities should investigate the cause of fire and find solutions to ensure such an inferno does not happen again in the future.
Netizens also urged the authorities to provide emergency routes in order to better handle such fires.
Dean Mohammad said, “Tahfiz schools need to be reassessed. There have been many cases of tahfiz schools on fire. Investigate the cause of fire so it does not happen again in the future.”
Kena cek balik semua skolah tahfiz. Dah byk kali berita skolah tahfiz terbakar. Cek punca kbakaran agar x berlaku lgi di masa hadapan.
— Dean Mohamad (@deanmohamad) September 14, 2017
“Escape routes, fire alarms, sufficient fire exercises are implemented in tahfiz schools? And if needed, fire drills must be conducted to prevent this disaster.”
Escape route, fire alarm, sufficient FE ade tak dekat sekolah tahfiz?and if needed, fire drill kene conduct sekali to prevent this disaster.

Sad to hear of loss of innocent, harmless lives - caused by the incompetencies and ignorance of local councils and governing bodies. #Tahfiz

Aku pernah pergi satu tahfiz. Sistem pendawaian cukup teruk. Bersirat, x tersusun. Cucuk sana, cucuk sini, suis plug bersepah..
