KUALA LUMPUR: Former Bukit Aman Management Department director Tan Sri J.J. Raj, who famously rescued personnel of the Bukit Kepong police station in Johor more than half a century ago, died today at Ara Damansara Medical Centre in Petaling Jaya early this morning.
