Tanjung Bungah landslide: All missing victims accounted for

The bodies of all 11 victims of the landslide at an affordable housing project site at Lengkok Lembah Permai, Tanjung Bungah here have been recovered.
The last two, Bangladeshi national Muhammad Monirul Islam, and local Yuan Kouk Wern, 27, were found this morning.
Penang State Secretary Datuk Seri Farizan Darus said the process to bring out Muhammad Monirul's remains did not take long.
But the search and rescue team took some time to bring out Yuan's body which was trapped under an iron grill.
"The 11th and last body to be recovered was that of a local and expected to be brought out before noon," he told reporters at the site here today.
Ten bodies have been brought out, namely those of three Myanmar nationals, Yunus Nazir Huson, Muhammad Elyas Mustak and Rahmatullah Mohd Sidiq; four Bangladeshi nationals, Hossen Mia, Nur Alam, Rahaman Abdur and Muhammad Monirul; two Indonesians, Hosrin Sharif and Erwin Salis; and one Pakistani, Raza Ali.
In the incident at 8.57 am on Saturday, the 11 victims were working at the basement of the 50-level building when earth on a slope caved in.
