Teenager in Kuantan missing for nine days
Anyone with information who can assist in locating the girl is urged to contact the nearest police station or her mother, Pitri Nor Aziemah.
A teenager who works as an assistant at the canteen of a secondary school here has been reported missing for nine days now.
Kuantan police chief ACP Abdul Aziz Salleh told Bernama that Ropeah Mat Husain, 45, reported that her daughter Pitri Nor Aziemah Mohd Akbar, 18, was nowhere to be found when she went to pick her up from her workplace on Aug 16.
He said police have been trying to track the teenager down after her mother lodged a missing person report the next day but as yet had not been successful in locating the girl.
Anyone who can help is urged to contact the nearest police station or Pitri Nor Aziemah at 019-9010761.
